Cook Everyday Pasta : White Sauce

PASTA !

I did a post four years back on pasta-making-photo-series on Facebook (instant HIT no doubt!)

Cooking has been my love, which obviously comes from the fact that I love food and constantly need to do some experiments in bringing out unique taste every time. This particular pasta which I am posting was evolved over few beginning years and once achieved, it has been cooked just the same since one whole decade!

This pasta is what I cook on my first (well a lot of first occasions since school mischief!) 

Since I love vegetables, I have added a lot of them. My family loves mushrooms, olives and broccoli so they go into the pan for saute before making the white sauce, however I was a tad too lazy to include them. You can add as many vegetables as you wish to or chuck all of them off !

One perfect date with Pizza and Photography

Pizza has always been my love. So when my friend planned to take ahead his passion for portraits and grace the opportunity to photograph people in their passions and obsessions I stepped in with a challenge for him to portray me with my love for veggies, especially olives and that crunchy pizza base oozing with cheese and the perfect flavor of the herbs.

There are people you come across who you think can create some of the most elegant and beautiful things in the world. I am lucky to have worked with a wonderful person like that who puts all of herself into her creations who wishes to put her ideas and world into photographs. And as a photographer myself, to give an extra edge to such creations is always challenging and fascinating. I always try my best to reach close to the idea that a designer needs for the garments made with love and theme.

Earlier I have shot the The Fairytale and Fantasy theme wherein Richa (The creative mind behind it all!) is wearing her own created garments and then a series of shoots for her Accessory collection.

From the love of making garments for herself to making it into a brand the journey for this designer has been a blend of fairytales, Disney love, vintage and antique collection along with smiles and pixie dust.

My brother was getting married.. And yes... I confess..! I was absolutely dying to shoot a wedding and this was my best chance to do so !

I never realized how much I have been blessed to have a fun family like this.. ! Fun crazy people.. dancing and being there for each other with just about everything.

Indian wedding are full of colors, laughter, emotions and surprises.. !
Weddings don't just bring two people together... but two families together .. ! For us.. It had been an special time to meet the cousins..most of whom I met for the first time.. And it was absolutely fun fun fun !!!

I shot a few pictures at a family wedding recently - The first wedding i ever took my Baby Love at.. and had no clue how to edit them later..

One of my really close friend helped me with it.. ! And I have fallen in love with pictures so much that I am short of words to post here for now.. ! 

But I know I have made this bride wait for long enough.. and she sure has been waiting with equal excitement as she had on her wedding day itself.. so Here I am posting them...

The Fairytale And Fantasy Theme shoot..!

Exactly on the 4th day after the "Baby Love" came to my life... It rained... ! I didn't have any other reason to shoot this expect for the fact that I was happy and I had a beautiful motivation with me...my guide...my sister...the model for this shoot !!
