PASTA !
I did a post four years back on pasta-making-photo-series on Facebook (instant HIT no doubt!)
Cooking has been my love, which obviously comes from the fact that I love food and constantly need to do some experiments in bringing out unique taste every time. This particular pasta which I am posting was evolved over few beginning years and once achieved, it has been cooked just the same since one whole decade!
This pasta is what I cook on my first (well a lot of first occasions since school mischief!)
Since I love vegetables, I have added a lot of them. My family loves mushrooms, olives and broccoli so they go into the pan for saute before making the white sauce, however I was a tad too lazy to include them. You can add as many vegetables as you wish to or chuck all of them off !

Peppers, seasons, personal favorite herbs, vegetables and chunks of cheese and spices always makes the pasta stand out. Once you know the basics, you can even make a wonder pasta by adding as much as peas and beans and still rock the pasta flavors. Olive oil definitely enhances the flavors but don't stop yourself to cook if you have regular cooking oil or just butter. It is all about how healthy you want yours and how you can cook from the resources you have at home. (Well I said this last line since I cook pasta as a savior from eating regular veggies and roti.)
Whoever has tasted this pasta has always demanded for more (this means it is definitely loved, else people would have just eaten it once and never asked for it again). Well I think the reason this is my first food post is because I can vouch on it !
